  1. Virtual classes are not effective, children are not showing their willingness to join the virtual class, some interesting method must be used to create their interest in studies.

    1. Prevailing the health emergency in the country, I feel its a challenge for all of us but we need to integrate effective tools and resources to make the virtual classroom effective, interesting and joyous. Virtual classrooms can be as effective as the physical classrooms, just use the technology appropriately and wisely to minimize the learning gaps during the virtual platform.

  2. It's not that virtual classes are ineffective. They are effective but owing to technical issues or lack of electronic devices at the right time students are finding difficulty to access.Only 50% students are showing interest.Teachers are giving their cent percent but lack of active participation on students' and parents' side is not appreciable.
I think the authority must request to the parents and make it mandatory that their ward (s) should take the advantage of this teaching then only it may be effective.

  4. Experiential Learning is learning through the experiences where lots of learning opportunities are to be created for the learners to do hands on and somehow to involve all body senses. I believe in learning where use of body senses is being more encouraged. When we design our learning outcomes keeping in mind that the 21st century skills (3L's) and further I can say 4C's, IMT and FLIPS are to be inculcated in our learners then we need to focus on such methods which involves experimentation and experiences. I feel in experiential learning the focus is towards experimentation, experiences and discovery based learning.

  6. Experiential learning requires the learner to not only engage in the experience activity, but also requires them to reflect upon their learning and how the skills learned in the classroom can be applied beyond the classroom/real life. Basically, EL links theory to practice.
